Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and note that holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times. Once your order has shipped you will be notified and receive a tracking number via email.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Addresses within Canada are generally delivered within 5-7 business days. Local delivery (Chilliwack/Fraser Valley area) is generally 1-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to update or upgrade the shipping method chosen. If you have any concerns about an existing order, please fill out our contact form and provide your order number for reference. We will do our best to assist you with any concerns.

Orders and Returns

What is The Button Box return policy?

Any product that is purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags and packaging. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of The Button Box.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. Please take care when resending items back to us. Items lost in the mail are your responsibility. We cannot issue refunds on lost parcels. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS.

Returning an in-store pickup

The same policies stated above apply to items purchased and picked up in-store. The 7 day return period begins on the date of purchase (not the date the item is picked up).

Can I return sale items?

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to guarantee altering or cancelling the order. We start processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your order’s tracking information. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

I’m looking to return my order, what should I do?

To determine whether your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange please email with the following details:

1. Your Name and Order Number

2. The Item(s) You Wish to Return

3. Reason for the Return (For example – Too Big, Too Small, Damaged, Not as Shown in Photo, etc.)
